Dear Parents,

As many of you are aware, next year our district will be moving towards Collaborative Team Meeting (CTM) Wednesdays.  This means each Wednesday, the students' day will end at 1:50 p.m. for all certified staff to meet as a Collaborative Team. This allows teachers to plan for instruction and grow professionally, which in turn will increase student achievement at all levels.  Our learning day will be extended until 3:10 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays each week. These times may change slightly as we establish district bus schedules.

The After School Program Information:  If your child is enrolled full time in the Afterschool Program (ASP) next year, they will be able to attend the extended Wednesdays at no additional cost.  If your child is not enrolled in the ASP next year but you would like them to access the services on Wednesday only, there will be a $25.00 drop in fee.    

We are currently working on our dismissal procedures for next year's CTM Wednesdays.  Please complete this form as soon as possible so we can begin our planning!
