This MOU form outlines the agreement between KW Habilitation, Project READ Literacy Network and your agency.  The purpose of this MOU is to identify the responsibilities of each party as they relate to:
  • the use and implementation of the LEG Up! to Retail course
  • the terms of use for the program, resources and the marketing materials 
Program resources include:
  • Instructor Guide for Adult Literacy & Developmental Services
  • Slide Decks for program delivery 
  • Learner Certificate template
  • Program Partnership Guide
  • Program Delivery Checklist
  • Skills Evaluations Guidelines
  • Samples and more supporting resources!
