WHAT: June 2024 Troop 1000 Summer Camp

WHERE: Camp Buck Toms, 373 Camp Buck Toms Rd, Rockwood, TN 37854

WHEN: All Scout and Adult Participants must arrive at Resurrection Lutheran Church by 6:00pm, Friday June 21th for load-in.
Departure Date: Saturday, June 22 Time: 9:00 am
Return Date: Sunday, June 30 Time: 3:00 pm

February 17, 2024 - $100 Deposit
Mid March - $150 (to hold merit badge classes) -Partial refund available if cancelled after this date
Mid April - $200 (to hold spot at camp) - Not-refundable if cancelled after this date.
Mid May - $200 (non-refundable if cancelled after this point - portion of van for a given headcount)
Mid June - $100 Final Payment (50% refundable if cancelled after this point- rest of van portion) Merit badge fees plus Medical forms A, B & C
Merit Badge signups date will be announced ASAP

▪ Day pack with Ten Essentials
▪ Sturdy, broken-in hiking boots or athletic shoes (no Crocs)
▪ Rain gear (no ponchos)
▪ Travel Uniform – Field Uniform (with neckerchief & troop hat)
▪ In camp Uniform – Activity Uniform (BSA T-shirts)
▪ 2 quarts of water
▪ Personal First Aid Kit
▪ BSA Handbook
