Profile : Software Specialist (Technical Support)

Eligibilty: Pass out Batch 2020 & 2019 Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field (such as BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT)  

Salary: The starting CTC will be 2.65 LPA up to Rs.3.60 Lacs per annum + Employee Benefits

Job Functions / Responsibilities:
• Find technical solutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Meet set SLAs
• Manage relationships with clients
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
• Keep up-to-date with all eClinicalWorks products and its enhancements
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:
 Proficient with relational databases (SQL Queries)
 Excellent knowledge on basic RDBMS Concepts
 Knowledge / Experience with Java or .Net (OOPs Concepts)
 Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
 Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals
 Experience with XML / XSL
 Experience with Web Application Server(s)
 Understanding of multi-tier web architecture
 Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008 and My SQL
 Knowledge of server side programming using VB/ COM, .Net and/or Java would be an advantage
 Prior technical support experience shall be an advantage
 Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to customer situations

Very Important Information for Job Seekers:
1. We are aiming to hire Fresher’s / Graduate candidates / students from Computer Engineering and
Information Technology branches
2. The selected students will be deputed at our Ahmedabad office
3. They are required to give live software support to our Clients in the USA. They will be designated
as Software Specialists taking care of technical support by solving Database, JSP etc related issues
4. We seek people having good command over English language
5. We will be conducting technical test based on database, networking, tomcat, etc. and those who
qualify will undergo technical interview
6. They will be required to work primarily in evening / night shifts, as decided by the management
7. The selected candidates would be required to sign 24 months service agreement
8. Saturday and Sundays will be week-offs after the completion of the initial training period
9. Company would be providing door to door pick-up and drop-off facility to all the employees free
of cost
