Tällä lomakkeella ilmoittaudut vapaaehtoiseksi Musiikki & Mediaan 2021. Suomen suurin musiikkialan ammattilaistapahtuma järjestetään 7.-8.10.2021 Tampere-talolla. Mahtavaa saada sinut vapaaehtoiseksi!

Lomakkeella keräämme yhteystietosi, toiveesi työtehtävistä (mikäli kanssasi ei ole erikseen sovittu työtehtävää), käytettävyyden eri päiville ennen tapahtumaa, sen aikana ja sen jälkeen sekä t-paitakokosi sekä muut tarvittavat tiedot.

Täytäthän lomakkeen huolellisesti. Huomioithan myös, että pyrimme ottamaan työtehtävätoiveet huomioon, mutta emme voi taata kaikkien toiveiden toteutumista.

Ohjeistukset työtehtävistä, tarkemmat tiedot tapahtumasta ja sen aikataulusta, sekä työvuorot lähetetään jokaiselle talkoolaiselle syyskuun aikana.

Talkoolaisten tulee pystyä järjestämään itse majoitus tapahtuman aikana.

With this form you register as a volunteer for Music & Media 2021 event. Finland's largest music industry event will be organized 7.-8.10.2021 at Tampere-talo (Tampere Hall). Great to have you as a volunteer!

With the form we will collect your contact information, volunteer work task wishes, availability for work before, during and after the event, t-shirt size, and other needed information.

Please fill in the form carefully. Please also notice that we will try to take the work task wishes into account, but we cannot guarantee the work tasks to be according to the wishes.

Instructions of the work tasks, detailed information about the event and schedule, and work shifts will be sent to each volunteer in September.

The volunteers need to be able to organize their own accommodation during the event.
