Hi there!

Are you or your child(ren) interested in developing their academic competence and confidence? Are you interested in doing so via virtual workshops (on Google Meets)?  If so, please complete the information below so that we can work together to select the time(s)/date(s) that work for most. We will follow up with families by email once we have gathered a group of at least 4 students.

Study Skills is about studying so information sticks! We focus on working smarter, not harder. Centre for Literacy Study Skills workshops and individual follow-up coaching provide participants with strategies to:  
• Uncover and capitalize on learning styles
• Get and stay organized
• Create a plan to stay on top of work
• Take notes that make sense
• Figure out what is important to study and remember what has  been studied  
• Manage exam anxiety  

Registration fee: $90 (+GST) - due upon confirmation of workshop date/time. This includes a 90 minute group session and a 30 minute 1-1 follow up coaching session to integrate strategies covered during the workshop into your child's academic realities.
