Attendance at the retreat is mandatory. The retreat begins at noon on Friday, October 6 and runs through noon, Saturday, October 7. The retreat will be held at Wilderness Ridge Camp & Conference Center.

Participants are expected to attend all programs in addition to the orientation and opening retreat. Program days begin around 8:00 AM and last until 4 pm. Some sessions may run longer and last until 5 pm. Some may be shorter. Eighty percent attendance is required for graduation.

Attendance for less than half of the scheduled program day may be counted as an absence.

The Preble County Chamber of Commerce office must be notified prior to or immediately following an absence. Call 937-456-4949.

Class members may be asked to participate on a planning committee for a program day and are expected to participate in program planning activities.

If tuition is being paid by your employer and during the program you are separated from the sponsoring employer, your continuance in the program will be up to the discretion of sponsoring employer.
