Tustin Connect Family Survey - Semester 2 In-Person/Hybrid Request
The first semester of the school year will be coming to a close on December 18th. As was promised, we would like to give families an opportunity to change their child’s hybrid option for the upcoming semester. The second semester will be in session from January 5 through May 28. In order to remain in compliance with current social distancing guidelines, the weekly schedule will continue with courses assigned M-Th with Advisory remaining on Mondays.

Please take a moment to complete the questions below whether to confirm or change your option.  If we do not receive a survey, the default option will be virtual.  We would encourage you to complete the survey as the feedback at the end of the survey is very much appreciated. The window for making changes to your child’s program is from November 2-13. After November 13, the window to request a change will be closed.  Please complete one survey for each of your children.
