Eligibility:

1. The applicants shall identify themselves as Asian (Hmong, Chinese, etc.).

2. The applicants shall reside in Minnesota.

3. The applicants shall be the parents or legal guardians of child(ren) aged between 0-18 years.

4. The applicants shall be able to demonstrate their need in parenting support, and lack of such support (e.g., due to financial difficulties).


Activities:
FREE  three 1 on 1 parenting coaching sessions to better support your parenting efforts during the pandemic and develop better interactions with your children and youth.


Additional Certification available with 6 Educational Training Sessions.  Each class is 1.5 hours, including lectures and Q&A. Topics include:

1)    How to build good parent-child relationships?

2)    What to do so kids will listen?

3)    How to motivate children?

4)    How to raise emotionally healthy children?

5)    Parents: how to regulate your own emotions?

6)    How to handle parenting conflicts in marriage?
