Junior High Registration Form 2022-2023
All students must be registered for this season of Junior High.
This program runs Fridays at 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  (September to June)

Grades: Grade 6-8

Junior High is a free weekly program for students grades 6-8. Every Friday at 7:00 p.m. students meet at Highway to hangout, talk about God, and go through the ups and downs of life together. We are committed to providing a safe and accepting environment for students, from all walks of life, to experience what it means to have a healthy relationship with Jesus and with each other.

For the security of all students in the program, we use a secure check-in system called "KidCheck". You can simply, quickly, and easily use your cell phone or tablet to check your student in.

All students need to be checked in every Friday using the secure system.

I the legal parent/guardian of this participant, do hereby grant permission of the student (named on this registration form) to participate fully in said activity and all the associated activities sponsored by Highway Gospel Junior High program, both onsite and off-site actvities. I hereby forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Highway Gospel Church and the Directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, as well as damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incured by the Parent/Guardian (so named above) or the particpant (student named above) while said student is participating in the above described activity. I also understand that pictures may be taken during the Junior High program which could be used for social media, future promotion, in-house recaps and celebration, etc. (If you do not want your student to be in any pictures kindly contact us via email at Highway@HighwayGospel.ca - to notify us in writing).
