By completing this form you are confirming that the details you supply will be for the main contact, a parent or carer, for the young person that you would like adding to the waiting list; that you are 18 years old or older; and that you are happy for us to store your details for the use of Art Club, or similar projects that might be suitable for your young person. Once you have filled in your details, a member of Art Club will contact you.

Due to high demand, our waiting list is prioritised by need, as per our Children in Need funding (children who are at disadvantage due to illness, distress, abuse or neglect; any kind of disability; behavioural or psychological difficulties; living in poverty or situations of deprivation). We will keep your details on record for six months and will contact you if you still wish to remain on our waiting list.
