2024 Walton Fastpitch Player Registration Form
Registration is open for the 2024 Walton High School Softball Teams (Varsity & JV)! 

Dates:  Wednesday, May 1 - Friday, May 3 AND Monday, May 6 - Wednesday, May 8
Times: 6-8 PM
Location: Walton High School Softball Field (Raider Mountain)
Who is eligible: Rising 9th - 12th-graders living in the Walton High School District

Please note the following:

*This Google Form is the first step in the registration process. You will also be required to complete the CCSD Athletic Registration in ParentVUE. The updated forms for the 2024-25 school year are now available in ParentVUE under the "Athletic Registration" tab on the left side of the page. 

*All players trying out for the Fall 2024 softball season are required to have a sports physical DATED ON OR AFTER 4/1/24 submitted before tryouts (through ParentVUE). The specific forms to be completed and submitted BEFORE tryouts are accessible in ParentVUE. 

**NOTE: Walton Sports Med will NOT be offering a Physical Day this year so please make arrangements to have your player's physical completed, uploaded, and cleared in the system BEFORE May 1.

All athletes should complete the Online Athletic Registration requirements on ParentVUE before tryouts. To access the Online Athletic Registration, log into your ParentVUE account (or create a new one) on the Parent’s menu on the Cobb County School District home page (www.cobbk12.org). If you have any difficulty in setting up or accessing your ParentVUE account, please contact the ParentVUE coordinator at Walton High School (Melissa Schrenk in the Guidance Suite).
