I understand that my child's previous school administration will be contacted regarding my child's behavior, attendance, grades, test scores, and other information that will allow Lockney ISD to make an informed decision regarding the potential asset my child will be to LISD. *
I understand that transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and my child is not guaranteed acceptance into Lockney ISD. *
I understand that any student accepted on a transfer into Lockney ISD will be expected to follow all school rules, maintain passing grades at all times, attend school a minimum of 90% of the time. *
I understand that if my child is placed in AEP (Alternative Education Placement) for disciplinary purposes, I will have the choice to either withdraw my child and take him/her to our home district/school, or pay tuition to Lockney ISD in for the expense that an AEP placement places on Lockney ISD. *
I understand that this is JUST an application for transfer consideration. IF the transfer request is approved, I understand that I must agree to the terms and conditions for my child to be accepted at Lockney ISD.
