Please do not include sensitive information or data in this form. The minimum lead time for new design requests is currently three weeks. All requests will be considered case by case and may be subject to an approval process, we do our best to try and respond to new requests within 48hrs. If your request is urgent or data sensitive please email ons.design@ons.gov.uk.
