Parent/Guardian agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Do Damage Baseball LLC and its employees and owner, along with the The Asylum Sports Center from and against any claim, demand, suit, judgment, cost of fees, which arise out of or are in any way connected with Do Damage Baseball LLC, regardless of whether such claims are the result of the negligence of Parent/Guardian/Minor or anyone else or for any other cause. Additionally, you waive all rights to any camp picture(s) or video(s) of your son(s) being published/posted on DoDamageBaseballCamp.com, Asylumsc.com, or on Social Media.
