Hey there 👋You are on this page as you want to take part in the Brainchild bike scheme, which both reduces the CO2 emissions of the event and offers you a good time. Please see the below details for information, although we will also send you an email nearer to the time with things you must bring.

Date: 12th July
Time: 8.00am (please arrive for this time as we will need to sign you off etc.!)
Location: Platform Southwark, 1 Joan St, London SE1 8BS (right by Southwark tube station)
Equipment needed: Working comfortable bike, bike lock, lunch if wanted, helmet if needed, sun-cream, water
Stops: Croydon, Surrey, Sussex (coffee, lunch, coffee)

You will be able to drop off your bags and tents the night before at Platform Southwark. This will be a slot circa 90 minutes that evening.

Ride duration: 5 hours 45 minutes
Break duration: 2hrs 15 minutes  
ETA: 4pm
Max capacity: 20

Return:

No full facilitated rides will be provided back to London.
There will be a journey provided back to Uckfield station on Monday 15th July at 10.30am (to catch the 11.33am train) for anyone interested as follows.

Arrival location: Uckfield Train Station
Arrival time: 11.00am
Bag collection time for transport to station by van: 10.10 - 10.30am
Bag collection time from Uckfield Train station: 11.00 - 11.15am

Please wear a helmet. Please also note your bike will be locked up in a secure complex in the backstage area during the event, which you can access in order to go home.
