This is an application form of 2020-2021 PISA General Officer Recruitment.
It is a great opportunity for you to get involved in bridging gaps between international students and domestic students and to gain skills to be a leader within the Psychology community at the UMN.
Candidates who showcase commitment with responsibility will be considered for board members as well, so please don’t miss this out!

Positions & Responsibilities
The tasks may be assigned to several people for some positions, so please don’t feel overwhelmed, and feel free to apply for positions that you want to get involved in!

Event Planning
        Provide ideas about the events and reserve rooms and necessary material for the event.
        Plan a detailed event schedule, check policies regarding the event, and get food permits.

Public Relations / Marketing
        Promote events via Facebook, Instagram, GopherLink, Flyers, and Psychology lectures.
        Manage PISA's email account for potential collaborations with other organizations.

Administration & Management
        Create Google Form for event RSVP and help event registration with Secretary
        Update mailing list and send blurbs to students and the Department of Psychology.
        Keep track of ongoing project, events, and surveys

Grant Application
        Communicate with the Treasurer for budgeting and grant application process.

Creative Design
        Create flyers for upcoming events and social media with the Director of Creative Design.
        Photoshop or Illustration skills may be preferred, but not required.
