This FREE course will begin on Wednesday September 14th and will run for 6 consecutive weeks in Outhouse. It will be a small, inclusive workshop setting with a different topic each week. The topics can include: An introduction to mental health, building self-esteem, resilience, building healthy relationships, accepting and understanding our sexuality and/or gender, sex and sexual health. These topics may vary depending on the group,

Please note this is a 6 week course and by signing up you are committing to attend the full course. This is important for the development of each participant but also the dynamics of the course. Please be honest if you know you will miss more than one session.

Workshops are from 7pm - 9pm, punctuality is essential. Please only apply if you can attend on time and for the full session.

Places are in high demand so please only take one if you’re sure you can attend.

Please note: we do not accept couples on this course at the same time, this is for both the dynamic of the group and for the individuals in the couple also. If you and a partner are both interested please apply for separate courses to each other. We also ask that friends try not to sign up to the same course if possible as this affects the dynamic of the group.

This course is not suitable for people who have attended the Wellness Course for LGBTQIA+ Women* previously.
