Parent-child Empowerment Workshops
Each parent-child pair is entitled to 6 sessions. Sessions will end within the stipulated time slot. In the event of a no-show, the session will be forfeited. Rescheduling of session is subjected to availability/validity of your sessions and agreement of all participants in the group.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy includes an assessment and 6 sessions per youth/child, renewable in blocks of 6 sessions. Sessions will end within the stipulated time slot. In the event of a no-show, the session will be forfeited. Rescheduling of session is subjected to availability/validity of your sessions. To cancel or reschedule, please email appointments@extraordinarypeople.sg or call 6286 5088 at least 24 hours in advance, failing which the session will be forfeited.

Financial Assistance
Should there be any change in financial circumstances or status, please email caregivercare@extraordinarypeople.sg or call 6286 5088 to apply for financial assistance. All sessions are to be utilised within the stipulated time frame. No extension will be given. Should Extraordinary People Limited be aware of any false information or intent to breach the terms and conditions in this agreement, you are subjected to pay the utilised sessions at full price.
