LGBTQ+ Golden Hour Photo Walk
Join Queerly ME, in collaboration with Brunswick Topsham Land Trust, for a LGBTQ+ photo walk led by Kyle Warnock, photographer of Queerly ME’s ongoing Queer photo documentary, June 19th 5:00pm-7:00pm at Androscoggin Woods, 1074 Lewiston Rd, Topsham, ME 04086. Learn how to work with a range of natural lighting and incorporate landscapes and textures into your photography. Queer photographers and models are both welcome, no experience necessary. This event is a free form collaboration between participants with guidance and beginner level instruction available. Kyle Warnock (He/Him), executive director and founder of Queerly ME, has candid photographed over 300 Queer folks across Maine in the past two years. Through his work, he has documented Queerness in environments where quick adaption, communication, and connection are needed to capture the authentic joy of subjects. He has learned to utilize unpredictable outdoor environment as a tool to enhance the composition of the photos he takes.
