Anyone who wants to learn more about mindfulness practices, try guided meditation, and have supported creative work/play time. You are welcome if you have little or no experience or background with meditation, mindfulness, and creative practices, or LOTS of experience!
This course is supported by suggested donation and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Your instructor:
Liz Brent-Maldonado is an experienced educator, a soon-to-be-certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and a life-long artist and writer. She is often working on multiple projects at once including writing a book, teaching yoga, and creating visual art!
