Greetings! Thank you for showing interest in participating in the 2024 Atwater Festival Days Parade. Please fill out all information in the form below. Additional information will be given on the day of the Grand Day Parade on Saturday, June 15th, 2024 at 3:20 pm

Line-up begins at 2:30 pm at the corner of 4th Street and Minnesota Avenue (Atwater Wellness Center)near Casey's). Line-up on Atlantic Ave, 7th Street, and Minnesota Ave. Please wait for directions upon arrival.

WAIVER of LIABILITY RESPONSIBILTY
This agreement releases the City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations, from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the 2024 Atwater Festival Days Parade.

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in 2024 Atwater Festival Days Parade. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against the City of Atwater, the Atwater Festival Committee, and all other participating organizations for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
