Use localised monster names in full where relevant (lavasioth should be volganos as an exception)
Capitals at start of questions, question marks at the end.

If you don't want to use the forms or want to write a lot send me a list in a DM formatted as:
Series    Question    Option 1    Option 2    Option 3    Option 4    Correct Answer
With each separated by a tab, ideally as a text file since discord messages will nuke the tab character into spaces.
