The Spring 36 Music Video Program (MVP) will take place in person Wednesday, August 16 - Sunday August 20, 2023! **** PLEASE ADD Spring36LLC@gmail.com to your contact list, so our emails go to your main inbox!

Times and Dates:
9a.m. - 4p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (August 16th, 17th, 18th)

9a.m. - 4p.m. Saturday and Sunday (August 19th, 20th)

*Additional Small Group Lessons

All participants will have the option to sign-up for 1 additional small group lesson with a coach/teacher/mentor. These lessons will take place at 4p.m. on the weekdays and/or 8:30a.m. on the weekend, depending on the participant's choice.

Tuition

For those paying Cash, Check, or Zelle, the tuition is $585 per participant. For those who wish to pay via Venmo or PayPal, an additional service fee (the amount charged by those services) will be added on. If you are in need of financial assistance there will be an additional form to fill out. We are working diligently to secure scholarships for all who need financial assistance.

NEW this year! Coach Rob is providing a special virtual Fitness and Nutrition session for all families who have participants in the program. This will take place prior to the start of the program.

After filling out this form, participants will receive participation waivers and additional information on how to submit payment. Payment plans are available. Please email Spring36LLC@gmail.com to inquire. We ask that you submit a $100 down payment after completing the waivers/upon registration. Scholarships

Please let us know if you are in need of a partial or full scholarship to attend the 2023 Music Video Program. If you have received a full scholarship for 2 consecutive years, and are currently in need of a scholarship, you will be eligible to apply for a partial or half scholarship this year. If you have any questions, please email Spring36LLC@gmail.com Please read each choice carefully. We want to do our best to fulfill all requests for those who may not have room in their budgets for the program, however, we do not have enough funding to provide scholarships for every participant. Please note that there are also options for payment plans!

Yes - We would like to apply for scholarship - Choice A: $100 value toward tuition. This would greatly help our ability to participate.

Yes - We would like to apply for a half scholarship - Choice B: $292.50 value toward tuition. This would greatly help our ability to participate.

Yes - We would like to apply for a full scholarship - Choice C: $585 value toward tuition. We are currently in need of financial support for all extra curricular activities.

No thank you, we do not need a scholarship. We will pay the tuition in full.

We want to help! In addition to our tuition, we would be happy to also provide a partial or full scholarship for another child to attend too.
