The RotoruaNZ Destination Management Plan outlines several key outcomes to address challenges and opportunities for the destination. The goal of the DMP is to delivery tangible outcomes that benefit Rotorua economically, socially, culturally and environmentally. RotoruaNZ want to lead with innovation into the future while doing and delivering real outcomes as they build capability for innovation leadership, particularly in the tourism and hospitality space.

RotoruaNZ will deliver a specific innovation program to trial, test and develop innovation capability within the tourism & hospitality sector, deliver business cases and future opportunities for development, investment and growth while nurturing the future leaders of the visitor industry for Rotorua.
