Thank you for signing up for our cohort offering on campus.  We will be hosting an info meeting prior to our additional cohorts starting.  Please plan on attending this meeting.  The meeting is on the submission confirmation page at the end of completing this form.  We look forward to helping your student.  Once your information is provided you will be called and given instructions on how to begin.  Your student will hopefully start on February 22nd.  Students are only able to start if contacted by our office by phone and if a parent has attended the meeting held prior to your student starting.
