This form is for scheduling an assessment for readiness to progress to the next level. It is easiest for us to schedule assessments during open studio sessions, however, if that doesn't work for you, we can schedule a different time. Fill this form out and allow us 1-2 weeks to coordinate a staff member who can facilitate your assessment.  Please note that we will recommend that students postpone an assessment and/or graduating to the next level if we have safety or proficiency concerns.
