Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Adult Coda Retreat at CM7! Please read below for basic information regarding expectations for volunteering.

The retreat is from September 19th- September 22, 2024.

Volunteers are asked to attend 1-2 meetings leading up to the retreat. Volunteers are also welcome to attend some committee member meetings if interested. After the retreat the committee reconvenes to review feedback on the retreat and share their assessment of the retreat. We will be soliciting feedback from volunteers as well.

During the retreat weekend, volunteers will work with CM7 staff and other committee members to facilitate the retreat for our attendees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and executing activities, getting to know attendees and creating connections with them, and cultivating the Coda identity/connection. Volunteers are expected to have an understanding and acceptance of CM7 rules and expectations, overall mission, and core values.

The deadline for volunteer sign up is August 1, 2024. If at any point realize you cannot make the commitment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once we have designated everyone's roles & responsibilities we will host a brainstorming all-committee zoom meeting to discuss the logistics of the weekend. We will have a running Google planning document that can be accessed by everyone to keep track of our progress. We will host a final zoom planning meeting before the retreat occurs to finalize the agenda for the retreat. Please keep an eye out for e-mail communications.
