Rides will be at a gentle pace with no one left behind. Plenty of rest breaks will be available.
Welcome to bring your own bike. FREE bike hire is also available subject to availability.

In order to rent a bike you will need to present a valid proof of photo identification and proof of address. A refundable deposit of £20 is also required when you collect a bike from us.

How would you describe your cycling ability? *

Novice – I have just started or returned to cycling and require assistance starting, stopping, manoeuvring and with basic bike skills.

Not confident – I can start, stop, and manoeuvre without assistance although require further support cycling on roads. I do not tend to cycle distances greater than 8km.

Reasonably confident – I can start, stop, manoeuvre and cycle on roads however would like to brush up on my road craft and cycling skills. I can cycle moderate distances of 8km with ease.

Confident – I am confident with basic bike skills and can confidently cycle on the road, cycle paths and various terrain. I can cycle longer distances of 15km with ease.
