Berry Patch Registration 2022-2023 School Year
Welcome to The Berry Patch! Please fill out the following form with your family information and top three choices for your child's class for the 2022-23 school year.  All classes are 9am-12pm, unless otherwise noted. If registering two children, you will need to fill out two separate forms. Your child must be fully immunized according to guidelines for the State of Minnesota to register. Immunization Records required before attendance.  Our Colonial location is at 6200 Colonial Way in Edina.  Our Calvary location is at 5300 France Avenue in Edina.

Raspberries are 18-23 months as of September 1, 2022. If you are registering your Raspberry, please select your first, second, and third choices for your child's class. PLEASE NOTE: The Raspberry Class will be 9-11a.m. through mid-October (tuition will be pro-rated.)

Berry Patch Registration Complete!
You will receive confirmation of your child's placement within two weeks of registration.  Upon confirmation your registration fee invoice ($100 first child/$75 second child) will be emailed to you.  September tuition will be invoiced March 1st and due March 10th to secure your child's spot for the 2022-23 school year.  If the COVID Pandemic necessitates Berry Patch making changes to what we are able to offer we will communicate with you at that time regarding these changes and payment/refund options.
