Your Responsibilities as a Friends of the Schools Participant:
  • Please do not request seats to a performance for which you've already purchased tickets. No refunds are given for SchoolTime orders.
  • No tickets will be mailed, seats will be reserved under your school/group's name.
  • You must organize your own transportation to performances.
  • One adult must accompany every 10 students.
  • Please honor your participation in this program and commit to attend if you receive reservations. If an emergency arises and you must cancel, give us as much notice as possible so we can give your seats to a group on the wait list. For emergency cancellations call: (510) 642-6838. 
  • You will receive a student engagement guide prior to the performance. To enrich your students’ understanding and experience of the performance, we encourage you to use this guide with your students before and after viewing the show.
  • After the performance, please complete and ask your students to complete brief post-show surveys.
  • We encourage you to share student art work, comments, and photos with us. Our donors and supporters love to see these!
