I agree to abide by all Market requirements as outlined in the Rules & Policies, as well as all federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations. I understand that if conditions arise, 2024 COVID-19 Farmers Market Guidelines may be implemented at any point during the season, and that compliance at all times is required. I understand that Union Square Main Streets, Inc., and its Executive Director and Market Manager are authorized, at their discretion, to issue warnings, suspensions, and/or immediate revocation of market participation to vendors, customers, or other market participants for failure to comply with any Union Square Farmers Market Rules and Policies or for otherwise engaging in disruptive behavior and, in the event of a suspension or revocation, I will not be entitled to a refund of fees paid and I agree to pay any and all pending vendor fee installments. I agree to cooperate with Union Square Main Streets, Inc. and pay all required vendor fees on schedule or incur late fines as stated herein. I understand and agree the final selection of vendors is based on the determination of which vendors will best serve the Union Square community, provide the right quality and variety of products, and enable Union Square Main Streets, Inc. to best achieve its broader mission of fostering economic development throughout Union Square.
