The LA2050 Youth Ambassador Program empowers Angelenos ages 14 to 24 to create meaningful change in Los Angeles County through community engagement and philanthropy.

LA2050 Youth Ambassadors will ask friends, family, and neighbors to share what local issues matter most to them through voting in the 2024 LA2050 Grants Challenge. Voting will take place online from April 2nd to May 8th, 2024 and LA2050 will dedicate $1 million in grant funding to the ten top-voted issues.

All Youth Ambassadors will be trained in community outreach, provided with an introduction to philanthropy and grantmaking, and receive a certificate honoring their service. Youth Ambassadors will also commit to attending at least one in-person or virtual volunteer activation during the voting period (April 2nd to May 8th, specific dates and times to be announced).

Acceptances will be sent via email by Monday, March 25th.
