Inspect all nuts and bolts for tightness (test, but do not torque with wrench)
Inspect the ski bottoms for protruding bolts or screws that may have come loose
Look for any de-lamination or damage to the skis
Ensure the foot harnesses are firmly attached to the skis, & sized for you
Ensure all parts are present (locking pin, tool kit, carabiner, bungee cord, etc.) Tandem flex does not need locking pin or bungee cord.
Check the personnel harness, evacuation straps, and tether for cuts or wear
Test the articulation of the bucket, skis, and foot harnesses
Test the lift mechanism, piston lock/release & Quickset shock
Test operation of the parking brake
Test and adjust handlebars.
