You are applying to represent Unsweptstone Photography/Bobbi Jo Beaver in the community with not only your natural cheerful demeanor, but also by participating in volunteer opportunities in the community and photo sessions exclusive to my ambassadors.

- $250 Per Student (No professional digital images included) If this is your senior year, your senior session fee is complimentary.
- $350 Per Student (All professional digital images included) If this is your senior year, your senior session fee is complimentary.

The Unsweptstone [role] Model Team represents me and my business in the community and should expect to be held to a higher standard. At minimum, you will be kind and not bully others. You will not participate in or initiate illegal activities. You will not post to social media anything that tarnishes your reputation or ours. We reserve the right to remove members from the team immediately without refund if such activity is discovered. *
I understand Unsweptstone Photography will be my professional photographer for Senior Portraits. If Unsweptstone is unavailable or other circumstances prevent it, another photographer would be allowed. (Team, sports, dance photos are not included in this agreement.) *
