You may nominate someone or yourself. If you are self-nominating, please fill your name twice (e.g. in "your last name" and "nominee's last name"). Please fill additional surveys if you wish to nominate more than one person. Note that the number of people who nominate a candidate will not affect their chance of being selected for the final slate; each and every nominee will be considered. Faculty representatives have a four year term; graduate and postdoc reps have a two year term.
