Park Service Day
The City of Kenosha Department of Parks is excited to announce our very first, City-wide Park Service Day! The event will be Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our goal is to have individuals and groups sign-up to assist in the clean-up efforts for all of our parks. We will provide the garbage bags, neoprene gloves, and collection of materials. Volunteers can pick up garbage and/or rake up sticks and leaves. Please have all materials in one pile and our crews will collect everything beginning at 3:00. 

We recommend volunteers utilize leather gloves (for broken glass), buckets, and garbage pickers to assist in your clean up efforts. If any hazardous materials are found, please notify parks staff right away and we will clean it up.
