Epworth UMC - Undergraduate College Student Scholarship Application
Scholarship application for graduating high school seniors entering college or vocational school. For purposes of this application, "college" refers to any institution of higher education, such as college, university, or vocational school.

This is a scholarship awarded during a student's undergraduate years. Applicants must have received or been eligible to receive an EUMC scholarship during senior year of high school. 

In addition to the below application, students should also submit proof of school enrollment to scholarships@eumc-md.org. This could be a transcript (official or unofficial, note from registrar, grade report, or proof of enrollment in next year's courses).
