CFM Packaging Survey
CFM wants to reduce the amount of single-use waste generated at the farmers markets. The first step is to identify critical impact areas and existing barriers in order to offer solutions for vendors and customers.

We hope to get a clear picture of our baseline through this survey. Please provide honest answers; the results of this survey will not have a negative impact on how you plan to do business at the farmers markets.
