In order to reserve your child's spot in the Emerald Sound and Guard for the 2023-2024 school year, you must complete the following forms by June 5, 2023.
The following forms must be completed and signed. The quickest and most accurate way to fill out this form is continue through these pages and fill them out and submit them electronically. If you are unable to complete the forms online, please reach out to Jessica Cottet, BPA President to make arrangements for submitting the forms. (

- ES&G Standards Confirmation Page
- Emergency Information & Authorization Form
- RHSBPA Commitment & Financial Contract
- RHSBPA Volunteer Commitment Form
Dues for the 2023-2024 marching season will be $175 per student. The first $100 fee is due June 9, 2023. We will be formulating the roster based on the receipt of the information packet only. If you do not fill out the packet and submit it in time, then you will not be able to be added to the roster.
