Registration for The Fifth International Meeting on Internet & Audiology, hosted by Rush University in Chicago May 3-6, 2020 is now open.  This meeting will be conducted online with optional local hubs for small groups of participants (to be determined based on local epidemiological guidance). There are no registration fees associated with this meeting.

This form can be used for registration only or to register and submit and abstract, as indicated below.  An abstract can also be submitted later using the same form.  When submitting an abstract, you will be also asked to provide three learning objectives for your presentation and declare any conflict of interest that may exist.
