Goal Use Agreement

We will be changing the goal combinations regularly this season. Please fill out the following form in order to be notified when the codes for the locks for AYSO goals are updated. We will provide you access to a Google Sheet with the current goal codes after you complete this form. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to the terms of the full Goal Use Agreement, found HERE
