Exec Team Due Diligence 
Holos is a leadership, culture and change consultancy with deep experience and expertise in helping executive teams to build alignment, trust and collaboration.

This short survey (about 10 minutes to fill in) will help participating teams to focus their development efforts on the areas that will be most fruitful for them. It can be completed by just one team member, however the more members of the team who complete it the better the data.

At present we are beta testing this survey, as part of that beta test phase we are providing the report with recommendations and a consultation on the results at no cost.
