Here's how you will advise which time slots you will help with for the annual Mothers' Day Stall.
The stall will be running the week beginning 6th May 2024. The table below shows the calendar for the stall week, stall times*, and minimum helpers required for each trading segment.
The calendar for that week =
Monday 6.5.24 - Public holiday (Labour Day)
Tuesday 7.5.24 - Stall Day 1:
- Before school session: 8am - 9am (1 x helpers required)
- Morning session: 9am - 11am (FULL - thank you)
- Middle session: 11:45am - 1:15pm (FULL - thank you)
- Afternoon session: 1:50pm - 3pm (FULL - thank you)
- After school session: 3pm - 3:30pm (1 x helpers required)
Wednesday 8.5.24 - Stall Day 2:
- Before school session: 8am - 9am (FULL - thank you)
- Morning session: 9am - 11am (FULL - thank you)
- Middle session: 11:45am - 1:15pm (2 x helpers required)
- Afternoon session: 1:50pm - 3pm (FULL - thank you)
- After school session: 3pm - 3:30pm (1 x helpers required)
Thursday 9.5.24 - Stall Day 3:
- Before school session: 8am - 9am (FULL - thank you)
- Morning session: 9am - 11am (FULL - thank you)
Friday 10.5.24 - Gala Day (inter school sport for Years 5 and 6)
Helping at the stall is not difficult and full support is provided on the day.
Before and after school sessions will require interaction with parent buyers as well as students, and making cash as well as EFTPOS transactions.
During school-time sessions will involve helping the students as they come to the stall in their class groups; assisting with gift selection where required, taking cash payment and giving correct change; refilling stock displays as required.
