Registration is not guaranteed until payment is made. If you have financial difficulty paying the full tuition, please contact Kathryn. I can work out a payment plan and in some cases am willing to barter for services.

Cancellation Policy:

For Classes: Full refund of tuition if cancel within notice 2 weeks before the start of class. Within 2 weeks of class, a 50% refund will be given.

For Private lessons and workshops: cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Full refund will be made if class is cancelled due to low enrollment.

Missed Classes:
No make-up classes due to illness. Although a student may make-up a missed class in another class or in open studio hours if there’s space. Classes cancelled due to the instructor or weather will be rescheduled.
