Use this form to register for the Winter 2023 season of Odds & Ends Curling. Each member must register separately. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
SCHEDULE
Games are scheduled to start 8:30 PM, Friday, January 13 and run until Friday, March 31, with blackouts on January 27 and March 24, for a total of 10 weeks. Curlers should arrive early to change and warm up, hitting the ice at 8:30 sharp.
FEES
Fees are $100 per season for full members (due upon registration), and $15 per night for spares (due before stepping on the ice). Payment is accepted by e-transfer, cash or cheque. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a payment plan.
INDIVIDUAL/PAIR/TRIO
Individual, pair and trio registrants will be assigned additional players at the start of the season.
The league will host various theme nights throughout the season including mix-team nights. More details will be available when the schedule is released.
BENCH APP
We have started to use the Bench App for our attendance tracking and occasional information broadcasting. Upon registering for the season you will be added to our roster where you will be able to notify the league of your availability. We ask that all members use Bench to notify the league of their attendance status each week at their earliest convenience. Reminders will be sent through email and text messaging.
SPARES
Spares should indicate through the Bench app nights they are available to play. Team assignments will be given based on openings. Spares can request specific teams for play, however, may be assigned to other teams based on player attendance.
