Details of and links to your events will be hosted on a new webpage titled Friends of the Fringe https://readingfringefestival.co.uk/friends-of-reading-fringe/

To help us point people towards your digital events, we're asking for the following info in this form:

-NAME of artist/ company running or hosting the event
-TITLE of the event or activity
-A short DESCRIPTION of 10-20 wrods
-A LINK to your IMAGE (image size 2MB max) - this can be a google drive, dropbox etc. Please remember to remove any permissions before sending us the link!
-LINK to the EVENT (on your website / facebook page or wherever you want people directed - we assume you want traffic to your own websites but if you don't have one and want it going directly to a booking link, that's fine too!
-COST or if it's free of charge
-All other important event info including:
Date(s)
Time(s)
Length of event(s)
Recurrence (weekly etc)
Live or pre-recorded
People can only view once at that time or if it's available afterwards to download
-ACCESSIBILITY info - does your video or content include captioning, BSL, audio description or similar

IMPORTANT: Please note we will not promote any publicly open Zoom or similar meeting urls, and we advise that anyone wanting to do an event on zoom (or equivalent) to ask people to register for access. This ensures the safety of participants and reduces the likelihood of trolls and upset. This is particularly important for events for family audiences.

We reserve the right to reject an event listing.

CULTURE LIVE
Culture Live is a new website launching in May. It will host streamed cultural content. If you would like your event to be considered for hosting on Culture Live as well as on the Fringe website, then please tick the box that allows us to pass on your details. One of the CL team will then be in touch.
