Designer-AI Study Sign-Up
We are a team of researchers at Carnegie Mellon University's Human-Computer Interaction Institute currently studying how designers collaborate with AI assistants using 3D design software. Thank you for your interest in participating in our study.

The brief screening survey below will help us to determine if you are a good fit to participate in our study. We would like to have a diverse group of people with various backgrounds participate. If we think that your background would contribute to that diversity, we will reach out to you to invite you to participate in the study.

If you are invited to participate in the study, you will be asked to join a 60-minutes design session followed by a 30-minutes post-task interview with members of the research team. The study session can be completed in-person at CMU or online over Zoom video conferencing. Before the session, we would ask you to watch a 20-minutes long introduction video to the software tool we are testing. 

People who participate in the study will receive $30 for completing the design session and the interview (in the form of Amazon gift cards). There is no cost to you to participate.

There is no compensation for completing this screening survey.
