Open Campus Lunch Form 2022
To sign your elementary student(s) out for open campus lunch, please complete this form by 8:30 AM on Monday, February 14th. This form is for the week of Monday, February 14th - Thursday, February 17th. There is no lunch service on Friday, February 17th due to an 11:15am dismissal.
If you do sign your student(s) out, please remember that you must keep your student(s) home for both their lunch AND recess time (40 minutes). You student(s) will need to be picked up at the Elementary Office (door #17) and returned at the same door after the lunch/recess time is over to be checked out and in by office staff.
Lunch times can be found on the school website under the District Tab.
If you do not plan to have your child leave for lunch during the upcoming week, you do NOT need to complete the form.
