Special Consideration Form
This form is intended to bring forward those athletes who are most likely to place in the event but don't meet the criteria to be seeded. There could be various reasons for this, but the most likely reasons an athlete should be given special consideration are the following:
Freshman or transfer athlete
Team's first year at the event so your team doesn't have Bi-State finishes from the year before
Injuries (State and Bi-State finishes from two years or more are not considered)
Doesn't meet minimum matches requirement
